Send a clear list, a deadline and the delivery postcode. We will confirm stock, lead time, VAT and delivery before payment or account dispatch.
Account terms
Pro Forma First, Accounts After a Track Record
First orders are pro forma. Established studios and colleges can apply for 30-day accounts after three paid orders. Please include the invoice name, accounts email, delivery contact and any named purchase order requirement before asking us to release goods.
Custom-cut metalwork requires a 50% deposit and cannot be cancelled once material has been cut.
If your department needs supplier onboarding, tell us early. Sarah handles accounts and dispatch, and she would rather put the correct VAT and purchase order details on the first invoice than correct a chain of forwarded emails later.
Minimums
Minimum order is £35 excluding VAT for shipped orders.
Bristol counter collection has no minimum, but collection is by arrangement after order confirmation.

Delivery area
Courier, Van Route and European Quotes
UK mainland courier delivery is £9.80 plus VAT up to 15 kg. Heavy studio cartons are quoted before payment so nobody is surprised by freight on the invoice.
Our own van delivers on Thursdays to Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Newport and Cardiff for orders over £150 plus VAT. That route is roughly a 55-mile radius from BS3 and is intended for cartons that are easier to hand over than courier.
European studio deliveries are quoted case by case and are limited to supplies that do not require electrical certification paperwork beyond the UKCA documentation we hold.

Work turned away
Plain Boundaries
- We do not produce animation, compositing, storyboards or finished artwork.
- We do not sell unlicensed character cels, replica production drawings or collectable animation art.
- We do not repair unknown or imported mains-powered light boxes without manufacturer documentation.
- We do not promise same-day courier delivery outside Bristol after 12:00.
- We do not take retail dropshipping orders or marketplace fulfilment work.
- We do not cut blades, camera parts or rostrum hardware where safety liability would sit with us.
